ShippingYour shipping charges can be selected and will be calculated according to "ship to" address during the check out process. Charges will be added to your order and can be viewed before confirming your order. Most orders will be delivered within 5 business days. All orders received after 11:00 AM EST M-F will be processed the next day. Orders received after 11:00 AM EST Friday will be processed the following Monday. WarrantiesGMI® warranties their products for a period of one year against defects in material and workmanship. During the warranty period, the customer can return the product directly to us for a replacement. Any missing hardware in the initial order will be replaced at no charge to you. Additional replacements hardware can be purchased on our website.
Any customer modification to the original product will void the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
Return PolicyWe are committed to your satisfaction. We are sure that our products will exceed your expectations of high quality and workmanship.
In the event of product defect or damage, please call us. Your product will be replaced at no charge to you. A "Call Tag" will be issued for the return of the product to us, at no charge, and a replacement will be immediately sent out. Products must be returned in unused, delivery condition. If a replacement product is not desired, a full refund will be issued upon GMI’s receipt of the defective product. Please inspect the product carefully upon receipt. If the item delivered to you has been damaged in during shipping, please do not accept it from the shipper. Contact us about your order and we will send a new product to you immediately.
In the event of a return, on the basis of incorrect size, user damage or general dissatisfaction with the product, a refund will be issued, less a 15% restocking fee(shipping and handling charges will not be refunded) and return shipping will be paid by customer. Before returning merchandise, customer must contact GMI with proof of purchase and reason for return. You can then simply return the product with a copy of your invoice. All returns to GMI must have been purchased thru GMI or GMI website. Products purchased thru an on-line vendor, or at a GMI authorized retailer must be returned thru the channel from which they were originally purchased.
All returns and refund requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Cancellations on GMI orders are subject to a 15% service charge if order is cancelled after 24 hours.
